European ERP and BI Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission
Join our European IT team as an ERP & BI Specialist, where you’ll drive innovation in system integrations, AI, and cloud solutions. You’ll support our IFS ERP system and provide backup for our BI platform, Qlik Sense, developing interface solutions to connect external cloud applications and exploring new technologies. Play a key role in our upcoming migration projects and collaborate with colleagues across Europe.

Main Tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain and support the IFS ERP system, focusing on interface solutions to connect external cloud applications and exploring AI integration 
  • Provide backup and troubleshooting for the Qlik Sense BI platform, including resolving availability issues and supporting BI/reporting developments 
  • Oversee system monitoring, performance optimization, and data migration
  • Collaborate with key users, business partners, and support teams across Europe
Your profile
  • 7+ years of ERP experience, with deep expertise in IFS Applications (including IFS Cloud), IFS Build Place, IFS Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration processes.
  • Strong technical background in ERP development, SQL, and Oracle databases; skilled in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience supporting multi-site deployments and lifecycle management of ERP and BI systems.
  • Proficient in BI reporting and end-user support, with backup responsibilities for Qlik Sense.
  • Analytical, structured, and collaborative—able to communicate effectively across teams and cultures
  • Excellent English skills
